How do I pay you for the work?

All services can be paid by credit / debit card, as well as ACH. For one time services, you can also pay by cash and check. All Ongoing Maintenance clients will have a card on file that is automatically charged on the 1st of each month. Upon receiving payment for any service, every client is emailed a receipt

Do your maintenance services come consistently?

Yes they do! When we schedule your service, we will come the same day of the week moving forward. Crew's also send an on my way text when they're heading to your home, and they can call / knock on arrival if you'd like.

What type of equipment do your crew's use?

Vintage Lawn Service is almost entirely electric, including leaf blowers, Lawn mowers and weed trimmers. Our maintenance services are gas free and quiet!

How do I know if the crew provides service when they say they do?

Every client is emailed a Checklist after service, highlighting when the crew arrived, how long they provided service for, and what they focused on during service. We can also provide clarification on exactly what minute each crew arrived and left your home if need be.
